🏆 Participation: Youth - Adult Teams ( No Tiny or Mini's teams)

Arrival Times ⏰

Each team has their own specific arrival time. It is really important that you arrive on time, as this is when the team runs through their routines and prepares with their coach before heading backstage. We will post the meeting spot on Band, so please make sure you are on the app. All students need to come with full hair and makeup, dressed in their costume with their NRG Nationals Shirt or Jacket on.

🎟️ Wristband Collection:

At AASCF competitions coaches collect all wristbands and athletes will receive them from their coach upon their arrival time. If you wish to collect your athlete wristband before your teams meet time, please come for another teams arrival time, coaches will not be available to hand them to athletes outside of meet times.

Red or Pink lips (Please see specific team info)

Allstar Hair: Please see specific team info as hair varies for different styles/teams. Some teams have different hair to what they had at the previous comp so please make sure you check this :)

What to Pack for Your Athlete

Note: Parents are not allowed backstage as event producers only allow checked staff and athletes.

Your athlete will need to have everything in their bag.

💧 Water: Stay hydrated throughout the event.

👟 Dance/Cheer Shoes: Appropriate footwear for the performance.

🩳 Spare Stockings: In case of rips or tears.

💄 Makeup: Ensure all necessary items are packed.

💇‍♀️ Hair Gel/Hairspray: To keep hair in place.

📎 Bobby Pins: For securing hairstyles.

🧷 Safety Pins: For any costume emergencies.

🧥 NRG Jacket: To stay warm when not performing.Please make sure everything is labeled to avoid mix-ups.

Presentation Uniform:

All students will need to wear their NRG Jacket or Nationals Shirt and tights/shorts for the presentation. Hair should be neat, and they should wear either white or black shoes to look polished and presentable.

  Please remember that all students are expected to attend their team's presentation in order to collect their medal unless they are participating with another team or if it is exceptionally late and we have instructed that it is ok to leave- to see if this is your team, check your individual team list. If you have late presentations and early mornings we recommend going home to bed instead of staying for your presentation so that you can get a good night sleep and be ready for your next performance.
